The hotel has an excellent central location for exploring.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was marred by a few frustrating issues. The heating system was not functioning properly, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially since we had only one night to enjoy the city. When I reached out to the staff for help, the communication was ineffective, leaving me feeling ignored and disappointed, as I was assured the temperature would improve, but it did not. I had to spend a cold night with a noisy fan heater, which took away from our experience.

Comfortable bed, clean room, the hotel's location was perfect to explore the beautiful city centre on foot, just a 2 km distance from the train station, allowing for an easy arrival and departure.

my second stay in the city was at europeum and it exceeded my expectations! the room was spotless and cozy, making evening strolls by the old town a delight. breakfast was a highlight with good warm dishes and friendly staff!

It was just a commendable fit for a flash visit in Wroclaw with all in all brilliant value for money. The room was tidy and had useful amenities like toiletries and a proper hairdryer that made my stay comfortable. Make sure to take advantage of the nearby bus stop for easy airport access.

Our family had a delightful stay, especially exploring Wrocław's amazing attractions like the Centennial Hall with its multimedia fountain. We were thrilled to find a crib and toys provided for our daughter upon arrival. It made traveling with our service dog seamless and enjoyable.

The fried fish available nearby also earned high marks with our group, enhancing our local dining experience.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring attractions, like the Centennial Hall and the Museum of Theater. Rooms are spacious and stylish, with comfy beds. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Even though there's some street noise, the place is super cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.

One small issue was the limited sauna access during peak hours. it's something to plan for if you're hoping to unwind after a busy day.

The room was cozy with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. We enjoyed the sauna and fitness centre. The seating area was nice, and the walk-in shower was great. Kids loved the toys and the soft playhouse waiting for them. Breakfast had a huge variety, hot dishes, and was super tasty!
